Information you give us

When you request an estimate or talk with us, you may share:

• Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and how you prefer to be contacted.
• Property and service details: your city or ZIP code, the services you want, the size of your home, bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, how often you want cleaning, and any special requests.
• Scheduling preferences: the date and time of day that suit you for a visit.
• Communications: calls, texts, emails, and messages between you and us.

If you become a customer, we also keep the records needed to provide the service. These can include property addresses, quotes and prices, appointment and cleaning history, payment status, notes about your home and preferences, and photos of the property taken for service purposes.

Information collected when you visit the website

Our website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. Like most hosting services, Cloudflare processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Our online estimate form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam-protection check. It processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to tell people apart from automated programs.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is used overall, such as which pages are visited. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites. We do not use advertising trackers or advertising cookies.

How we use your information

• To respond to your estimate request and contact you using the method you chose.
• To schedule visits, walkthroughs, and cleanings, and to prepare your quote.
• To provide our services and keep a record of your service history.
• To keep payment and business records.
• To improve our website and how we run the business.
• To protect the website and the business from spam, fraud, and misuse.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. Agreeing to be contacted about your estimate does not sign you up for marketing. If we ever offer optional updates or promotions, we will ask for your permission separately.

Property access information

If we clean while you are away, we may need access details, such as where a key is kept or how to enter a gated community. We treat this information as sensitive. We keep it only while it is needed for your service, share it only with the people doing the work, never display it publicly, and remove it once it is no longer needed.

Please do not put alarm codes, door codes, or other security information in the website estimate form. We will arrange access details with you directly.

Service providers

We rely on technology providers to run the website and the business:

• Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, and provides the spam-protection check and website analytics.
• Supabase stores our business records, including estimate requests and customer, quote, and cleaning records. It also receives estimate requests sent from the website, and our team signs in through it to manage these records.

These providers process your information on our behalf, only as needed to provide their services to us. Calls, texts, and emails between you and us also pass through the phone and email services involved. If we add another provider that handles your information, we will update this policy.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect people or property, or with your permission.

Payments

We accept cash, check, and Zelle. Our website does not collect or store credit or debit card information.

How long we keep information

• We keep customer and service records, including service and payment history, as long as we need them for our business records.
• If you stop using our services, we may archive your records rather than delete them right away.
• We may keep records longer when reasonably needed for legal, tax, accounting, or other business obligations.
• Property access details are removed once they are no longer needed for your service.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, such as limiting access to the people who need it and using access-controlled services. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. You can also tell us how you prefer to be contacted, or ask us to stop contacting you.

You can reach us by replying when we contact you about your estimate or service.

Children

Our website and services are meant for adults arranging cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, let us know and we will delete it.
