Website Terms

Using this website

This website gives general information about our cleaning services and the areas we serve, and lets you request an estimate. Please do not misuse it, for example by sending spam or trying to interfere with how it works.

Estimate requests

Submitting the estimate form asks us to contact you. It is not a confirmed booking, and it does not create a binding service agreement for you or for us.

Prices are customized. They depend on your property, its condition, and the services you need, and we generally prefer to see the property before giving a final price. The website does not provide instant or automatic prices.

Visits and same-visit cleaning

After you request an estimate, we contact you to arrange a visit to review your home. If you would like cleaning to start right away and our schedule allows it, we may confirm the price and begin cleaning during that same visit. Same-visit cleaning is not guaranteed.

Scheduling

An appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it with you. Availability depends on our schedule, so we cannot promise a specific date or time before then.

Payments

We accept cash, check, and Zelle. Payment is normally made after each cleaning. Recurring customers may arrange monthly payment directly with us.

Changes to appointments

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know as early as you can.

Service descriptions

The service descriptions on this website are general. The actual scope of each cleaning depends on the condition of the property, the services you request, your quote, and what you and we agree.
