Our main services are recurring house cleaning and deep cleaning. We also take on the jobs listed further down. Every price is customized to the home and the work it needs.

Recurring House Cleaning

Regular cleaning every week, every two weeks, or every month. If another schedule works better for you, we can agree on one when it is practical.

It suits households that want the house kept clean without spending their own week on it. After the first few visits we know how you like things done, and we keep the same standard each time.

Depending on the condition of the home, the first visit may need to be a deeper cleaning before regular visits begin. That first cleaning can cost more than the visits after it.

Deep Cleaning

A more thorough cleaning that reaches the buildup regular cleaning does not always get to.

It helps when a home has not been cleaned in a while, before you host family or guests, or as the first visit before recurring service.

We agree on which rooms and areas need the extra attention when we see the home, and the price reflects that work.

Other services

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Cleaning an empty home before you move in or after you move out. It is useful for homeowners, renters, and landlords between occupants. With the furniture gone, we can reach areas that are usually covered.

Airbnb / Vacation Rental Cleaning

Cleaning rental properties between guest stays, for owners and hosts of short-term rentals. Tell us how often the property turns over, and we will work out a schedule with you.

Commercial Cleaning

Cleaning for offices and other commercial spaces. Our main focus is residential cleaning, so we quote commercial work case by case after we see the space.

Post-Construction Cleaning

Removing the dust and debris left after a renovation or construction project, for homeowners finishing a remodel or a new build. We quote it after seeing the space and how much work it needs.

Laundry

Washing and folding laundry. You can request it on its own or together with another service on your estimate request.

Organization

Organizing closets, pantries, and other areas of your home. We talk through what you want organized and agree on the scope before we start.

Combining services and pricing

You can ask for more than one service at the same time. On the estimate form, select every service you are interested in, and we will include them in your quote.

Services are priced differently, and the same service can cost more or less depending on the size and condition of the home. We prefer to see the property before giving a final price, so we do not list prices online.
